	transferring of uses into possession ) and to his heirs and assigns for ever all that contain lot piece or parcel of land situates

	lying and being within the limits and bounds of the patent of the new paltz in ulster county aforesaid being distinguished and

	known by he lot number four in the lot number ten called grand___ lot in the second twelve lots on north division of the

	now division of lots called the first tier situate eastward of the old divisions on the east side of the paltz river and adjacent hereunto. The

	said lot number four containing by elimination thirty six acres more or less, together with all and singular woods, underwoods, trees

	timber, meadows marshes swamps ponds streams and runs of water mines and minerals and all other profits, privileges easements

	advantages herditametes and appurtenances whatsoever to the said lot number four in the said lot number ten belonging or in anyway
	appertaining And the reversion and reversions , remainder and remainders rents due and profits thereof and of every part and

	parcel there of with the appurtenances and also all the estates, right title, interest , property possession claim and demand whatsoever

	as well in equity as in law of him the said Noah Eltinge of in and to all and singular the said promises above mentioned and of, in and to every
