[Troops] (Hy) VOLUNTEERS, who was enrolled on the second day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty three to serve three years [illegible] during the war, is hereby Discharged [bold] from the service of the United States this Thirteenth day of February, 1865, at Greenville Louisiana by reason of [hu?e??] certificate of disability (No objection to his being re enlisted is known to exist.)
