In the Name of God Amen I Margaret Bevier of the Town of Newpaltz [sic] in the County of Ulster and State of Newyork [sic] widow being old and infirm but still of sound memory and understanding blessed he God do this ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and five make and publish this my Last will and Testament in manner following. That is to say First I give and bequeath unto my son Abraham Bevier the bond on Obligation of six [hundred?] pounds I now hold against him the said my son Abraham Together with the Interest thereon due and which will be due thereon at the Day of my deceas [sic] unto my said son Abraham and to his heirs.
Als [sic] I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Catherine wife of Mathusalem Dubois my whench [sic] Jane to the only proper use of my said Daughter Catherine and to her heirs and [assigns?] also my beds and bedding also all my wearing apparel also all my [houshots?] [?a??it?e] which I may have at the Day of my decease to the only Mother use and behofe [behoove] of my said Daughter Catherine and to her heirs.
