In the name of God Amen I Mathusalem Dubois of the Town of New Paltz in the County of Ulster and State of New York Yeoman being in health and of sound mind and memory than tis be to Almig= =hty God for the same do this Twenty first day of December Anno Domini [year of our Lord] one thousand eight hundred and fifteen make this my last will and Testament in manner following to wit.

I give unto my beloved wife Catherine the choice of my negro wenches Also the choice of my cupboards and the choice of my bedsteads with the biding and furniture there unto belonging. Also I give devise and bequeath unto my son George [illegible] heirs and [Assigns] forever all that certain lot of Land whereon he now resides within the Tract granted by patent to George Burnet and all my other right within the said Tract Execpting [sic] so much out of the said lot as lyes [sic] a long the division line of Cornelius Dubois Junr. being that part of the Rye which is comprehended within the lot by means of a Short turn or jog in the said division line and contains a bout thirteen Acres which last mentioned part of the Rye herein expected I give and bequeath unto my son Philip and to his heirs and Assigns forever Also I give and bequeath unto my said son Philip and to his heirs and Assigns for-
