near the northeast corner of said Birdsalls meadow and also the South- ernest half of said Lot, from the the Division fence between the Meadow and up Land on the west side of the meadow westerly unto the corner of the fence being the South westerly corner of my cleared fields on house Lot, being on the [Nolesorne?] west of the meating house- running north from thence with. aSquair [a Square] Angle unto the middle of So Lot together with all the buildings and Improvemonto [Improvements onto] thereon To hold unto my said Son Jonas G.
