Mr. Alsop produced In Court a manumission of
Sussana Bond to free her negro Called Christian Bran
And Delivered In Court. a bond peers [beacut?]. The Act of
Assembly Executed By the Sd Alsop & Burger [Myndce?]
And the Court Allowed and approve of their being
Security for y Said Negro

The Court approves of Capt. Jacob Rutson Junr.
And Benjamin Depuie, to be bouned [sic], for Philip a
Negro Slave Late belonging to Cornelius Surtts deceased
And the said Rutson & Depuis, Delivered In Court
A bond pursuant the act of Assembly Whereof they
Are bound for the Said Phillip, that he Shall not
Be a Charge, to any Town In this province &

Ordered that Thomas Pepper who Lyes
In Goal be Discovered, paying fres. the Grand Jur.y not
having found any thing against him and Also

Ordered that he be Sent to Aruont Viele
Esq. In Dutches County or to any other Justice In
Dutches County, he paying the Cunstable [sic] that Carrie [sic]
him there, and that Anthony Hofman Constable of
Kingston Carry him as aforesaid
